What data we collect
We collect some data directly from you, such as the information you enter, data relating to the courses you follow and data from third-party platforms to which you connect with Webinarpro s.r.l. In any case, we do not and we will never ask you for data exceeding that necessary for our business.

We use this data to improve ourselves, better understand how the Services work on various devices and provide information that may interest you.

We use third party advertising services such as Facebook, Google AdWords with re-marketing and re-targeting to and other ad networks and servers to advertise the Services on other websites or applications you use. The advertisements can be based on your recent activity or on the activity carried out over time on other sites and services and can be customized according to your interests.

WebinarPro s.r.l. shares some data about you with the organizers of the Webinar events in which you participate if they are external, companies operating on its behalf, business partners, analytics and data enrichment providers, your social media providers. Webinarpro s.r.l. may also share data concerning you for security purposes, compliance with the law or as part of a corporate restructuring and with those who are responsible for preparing the accounting documents in order to comply with the law. Finally, it may share data in other ways if it is aggregated or anonymised or if it obtains your consent.
Below are some subjects, by way of example and not exhaustive, of subjects with whom Webinarpro s.r.l. shares your data and the reasons why it does so:
With our CRM (Zoho CRM): We share the data concerning you with this system in order to guarantee a history of your orders and offer you products that may interest you and your business or your professional or personal activity.
With our Assistance Service (Zoho Desk): To guarantee you the ability to open assistance tickets so that our staff can provide you with the assistance you deserve in the shortest possible time.
With service providers, collaborators and agents: We share your data with third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, marketing and advertising services (including retargeting), e-mail services and hosting , customer service and support. These service providers can access your personal data and are obliged to use them exclusively in accordance with our directives, to provide the service we request.
With our billing system (FattureinCloud): to ensure the issuance of invoices, the tracking of payments and comply with the law on taxation and accounting.
With Zapier: to connect our technological infrastructure and ensure homogeneous and non dispersive storage of your data.
With our ChatBot service (Manychat): to always be available in real time and provide you with assistance on our products or services.
With third-party payment services (Stripe and PayPal) to ensure fast and secure payments.

WebinarPro s.r.l. reserves the right to disclose your data to third parties if (in its sole discretion) it believes in good faith that the disclosure is:

request in the context of an investigation, an order or a judicial, governmental or legal proceeding;

request to identify, prevent or resolve cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, potential violation of the law (or rules / regulations) and / or technical or security problems; or

WebinarPro s.r.l. adopts security measures appropriate to the type and sensitivity of the data being stored. As with any Internet-enabled system, there is always the risk of unauthorized access: it is therefore important to protect your password and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access to your account. In any case, if we verify a data breach in our systems we will proceed to a specific communication to the Guarantor of the processing of personal data and you will be promptly informed.
WebinarPro s.r.l. adopts adequate security measures to ensure protection against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of the personal data it collects and stores. These measures vary according to the type and sensitivity of such data. Unfortunately, however, no system is totally secure: it is therefore not possible to guarantee that communications between you and Webinarpro srl, the Services or any other information provided to us in relation to the data we collect through the Services can be immune from unauthorized access by third party. Your password is an important component of our security system and it is your responsibility to protect it properly. Do not share your password with third parties and, if you believe that this or your account has been compromised for any reason, change it immediately and write to email@example.com to expose your case.
6.1 Options available to you regarding the use of your data
You can choose not to provide us with certain data, but then you may not be able to use some features of the Services.
If you do not wish to receive our promotional communications, you can follow the unsubscribe procedure provided in the promotional communication received. Please note that regardless of your email preferences, we will still continue to send you transactional and relational messages regarding the Services, including administrative confirmations, order confirmations, important updates on the Services and notices about our policies.

6.2 Access, update and delete your personal data
You can access your personal data that WebinarPro s.r.l. collects and stores and update them. To request access, correct or delete your personal data, send an e-mail to the email address email@example.com It can take up to 30 days to receive a reply. For your protection, we may require that the request be sent via the e-mail address associated with your account and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. Please note that we retain certain data in cases where there is a legal basis to do so, for example for the mandatory retention of documents and for the completion of transactions.
6.3 Protection of minors
We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of minors and invite parents and guardians to play an active role in monitoring their children’s online activities and interests. Children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area) are not allowed to use the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal data from subjects under the age indicated, we will take all reasonable measures to delete them.
