We collect some data directly from you, such as the information you enter, data relating to the courses you follow and data from third-party platforms to which you connect with Webinarpro s.r.l. In any case, we do not and we will never ask you for data exceeding that necessary for our business.

WebinarPro s.r.l. shares some data about you with the organizers of the Webinar events in which you participate if they are external, companies operating on its behalf, business partners, analytics and data enrichment providers, your social media providers. Webinarpro s.r.l. may also share data concerning you for security purposes, compliance with the law or as part of a corporate restructuring and with those who are responsible for preparing the accounting documents in order to comply with the law. Finally, it may share data in other ways if it is aggregated or anonymised or if it obtains your consent.

WebinarPro s.r.l. adopts security measures appropriate to the type and sensitivity of the data being stored. As with any Internet-enabled system, there is always the risk of unauthorized access: it is therefore important to protect your password and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access to your account. In any case, if we verify a data breach in our systems we will proceed to a specific communication to the Guarantor of the processing of personal data and you will be promptly informed.
WebinarPro s.r.l. adopts adequate security measures to ensure protection against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of the personal data it collects and stores. These measures vary according to the type and sensitivity of such data. Unfortunately, however, no system is totally secure: it is therefore not possible to guarantee that communications between you and Webinarpro srl, the Services or any other information provided to us in relation to the data we collect through the Services can be immune from unauthorized access by third party. Your password is an important component of our security system and it is your responsibility to protect it properly. Do not share your password with third parties and, if you believe that this or your account has been compromised for any reason, change it immediately and write to supporto@webinarpro.it to expose your case.
You have certain rights over your data, including the ability to deny your consent to the sending of promotional e-mails, the use of cookies and the collection of data by some data analysis service providers. You can update or close your account directly from the Services or contact us with inquiries about your rights regarding your personal data. We allow the anonymization of your data through a simple procedure on our sites (link) so that you can always feel safe browsing our sites. We record your consent precisely and we are able to indicate if you have given it and for what. If you receive communications that you believe have not been authorized by you, please notify support@webinarpro.it so as not to disturb you further if you do not wish to.

6.2 Access, update and delete your personal data
You can access your personal data that WebinarPro s.r.l. collects and stores and update them. To request access, correct or delete your personal data, send an e-mail to the email address supporto@webinarpro.it It can take up to 30 days to receive a reply. For your protection, we may require that the request be sent via the e-mail address associated with your account and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. Please note that we retain certain data in cases where there is a legal basis to do so, for example for the mandatory retention of documents and for the completion of transactions.
6.3 Protection of minors
We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of minors and invite parents and guardians to play an active role in monitoring their children’s online activities and interests.
